What we do

Three engines, one job

Every company we work with wants the same thing: more of the right customers, served without the work falling over. Three different problems get in the way, so we run three engines.

They are not three departments. Most clients start in one and end up in two, because the problems connect — the prospect list exposes the CRM mess, the CRM mess turns out to be a tool that should have been built years ago, and the tool is where the AI belongs.

What we will not do. We do not take on work we cannot staff inside six weeks, and we will tell you when a thing you are asking for is not worth building. That has cost us engagements. It is still the right answer.
