AI applied
Start with what it is worth, not with what it can do
You are being told to use AI. You are not being told which task, in your business, with what data, at what running cost, and whether it is worth doing at all.
That is the question we answer first, because the honest answer is often “not this one”.
We run our own AI product
NameToProfile is ours. It scores prospects, enriches contacts and drafts outreach, and it has paying users. When you ask whether we have actually shipped AI, you do not have to take our word for it — you can go and use it.
That is a better answer than a case study, and it is the reason we can be blunt about what these systems do badly.
Three ways in
AI Opportunity Audit — two weeks, $4,500 fixed. A ranked list of where AI saves real hours here, one working prototype built on your data, and a straight recommendation.
AI in customer ops — support triage, enquiry qualification, inbox and WhatsApp handling. Grounded in your own documents, not the open internet. From $7,500.
AI in data work — classification, enrichment and research at volume, with accuracy measured against a human-labelled sample. From $6,000. Details →
What we will tell you not to do
Anything that speaks to a customer without a human in the loop before you trust it. Any task where the cost of being confidently wrong is higher than the labour saved. Anything that needs your data to leave your control without a signed agreement. We would rather lose the engagement than build one of those.
