Every growing company has the spreadsheet.

Shared workbook, colour-coded tabs, a WhatsApp group where the real decisions get made, and one person who understands both. It works. It works right up until two people open it at once, or that person goes on leave.

What we build

Internal tools that replace a manual process · client portals · booking and scheduling systems · CRMs shaped to how your business actually works rather than to a sales funnel · task and compliance tracking · directory and listing platforms · reporting dashboards people actually open.

How we do it

We watch the work first. Two sessions observing how the job is done today, before anything is designed. The edge cases nobody mentions in a requirements meeting are the ones that break the build in week six.

The data model before the screens. Retrofitting a field or a filter later is where budgets go.

Shipped in working increments. You use it before it is finished. Changing your mind in week two is cheap; changing it in week eight is not.

Your existing data comes with you, mess included. That migration is part of the job, not an extra.

You own it. Source code, documentation, and no dependency on us.

What we have built

A CRM for a hospital, shaped around its real enquiry-to-recall path rather than a sales pipeline. A task management system for a chartered accountancy firm, where every deadline is statutory and the calendar used to live in two people’s heads. A directory platform where listing owners keep their own entries current. Read the case studies →
